Bag-in-Box 3L–10L Aseptic Valve Liners for Liquid Egg and Tomato Paste

This product is the flexible liner used inside a bag-in-box system, combined with a corrugated carton or plastic outer container, and it can also be filled on its own as a transit liner. The bag is formed with four-side seals and gusseted side folds, giving an even seal width and a three-dimensional bottom that opens to fit the outer box once filled. The fitment is a transparent or white aseptic valve, compatible with filling machines, sampling ports and liquid pump lines for viscous products such as liquid egg and tomato paste.

The liner is built from food-grade laminates, typically PE/nylon/PE or PET/foil/PE multi-layer structures, with barrier layers and film thickness adjusted to the filling product and required shelf life. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, producing clean detail and stable registration, with matt, gloss or spot effects available. Standard volumes cover 3L, 5L, 10L and 220L, and other sizes can be developed on request; matching roll film is available for customers running their own filling lines.

Typical applications include liquid egg, concentrated tomato paste, fruit puree, sauces, syrups and other liquid food ingredients for packing and in-plant transfer.
