A bag-in-box system pairs a flexible inner pouch with a corrugated or rigid outer carton. The pouch itself is built with four-side-seal or pillow-seal edges, with side and bottom seams heat-laminated for stable drop and compression performance. The fitment can be specified as a butterfly valve, one-way valve or screw cap on an aseptic connection, so filled concentrates, base wine and syrups stay protected from air and light during ambient storage and long-distance freight.
The laminate is food-grade throughout: PE as the inner contact layer, aluminium foil or metallised film as the barrier core, and PET, nylon or similar resins on the outside for fold resistance, light blocking and oxygen control. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses for dependable registration and detail, and artwork can be engraved from your supplied samples or drawings. Standard volumes cover 1L, 3L, 5L, 10L and 20L, with matching roll film available for automatic filling lines.
Typical applications include coffee, wine, juices, syrups, edible oils and liquid condiments, as well as industrial liquids and cleaning concentrates. We produce in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom, and run OEM/ODM programmes for importers, brand owners and distributors.
