Bag-in-Box Aseptic Valve Pouches, Aluminum Foil Laminate, 3L–220L Liquid Egg & Tomato Paste Packaging

This bag-in-box format pairs a flexible pouch with an outer carton, drum or pail, so liquids and semi-liquids can be filled, shipped and dispensed efficiently. The pouch is formed in a pillow or cubic shape with strong four-side heat seals and a folded base that helps the filled unit hold a regular, stackable shape. The outlet can be fitted with an aseptic valve, butterfly valve or one-way valve plus a dust cap, allowing controlled dosing of liquid egg, tomato paste and similar products. Every batch is produced in our Dongguan plant for overseas importers and brand owners.

The pouch body is a food-grade laminate built from a PE inner layer, adhesive layers and an aluminium foil or metallised barrier layer; EVOH and nylon structures are also available to suit different oxygen, light and flex requirements. Surface decoration uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which handles solid backgrounds, gradients and fine text for clear brand presentation on the shelf. Standard volumes run from 3L and 5L up to 10L, 20L and 220L, with pouch shape and valve diameter adjustable to your filling line. Matching roll film in the same artwork can be supplied alongside the finished bags.

Typical export applications include liquid egg, tomato paste, fruit concentrates, edible oil, sauces and household liquids, as well as bulk ingredient packing for foodservice and industrial users. For OEM/ODM programmes, send us a sample, drawing or artwork file and we will handle cylinder engraving, sampling and approval before mass production. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China's flexible-packaging cluster, and runs a 10,000-class cleanroom.
