Customizable High-Barrier Bag-in-Box for Juice, Jam & Milk | 1–200 L Metallized, Pure Aluminum & Clear BIB Bags

This bag-in-box range is designed for liquid foods such as juice, jam and milk, with capacities from 1–200 L. The bag is laminated from metallized, pure aluminium and transparent materials, and dispensing is handled through a valve. Printing supports 1–8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The high-barrier concept places the barrier layer within the middle of the laminate, making it harder for oxygen and moisture vapour to pass through. The outer layer uses transparent or metallized material for print and light blocking, while the inner layer delivers heat sealing. After filling and sealing, the bag takes shape inside the carton and dispenses steadily; as the liquid level drops, the bag wall collapses with it, so contents are less likely to remain trapped in corners.

Artwork can be printed in 1–8 colours and aligned with a brand’s visual system. Accessory options include an oil valve, butterfly valve, tap valve, pointed spout and handled paper carton; the handled carton makes moving and display easier. With a 10,000 pcs MOQ, products in the same series can share one artwork framework.

Applications include juice, jam and milk, and extend to syrup, concentrate and other liquid foods that need a longer shelf life. Once the bag is sealed, outside air is shut out, helping the contents hold their flavour during storage.

Manufactured by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, the item can be sampled against a customer’s reference bag. If the material combination or accessory selection changes, pricing is calculated from the approved sample; bulk production follows sample approval, and repeat orders continue with the same material and artwork parameters.
