When wine is stored or drinking water is filled, the pouch must tolerate bumps from stacking, handling and transport. This valve bag-in-box shares the force between inner bag and outer carton; the flexible pouch absorbs impact, helping reduce leakage caused by damage.

The inner pouch is laminated with metallized film and pure aluminium, where the aluminium layer blocks light and provides oxygen and moisture barrier. After filling into the carton, the outer box carries the main compression; the soft bag conforms to and moves with the box, so transit vibration is less likely to reach the seals directly.

Printing covers 1–8 colours, and the panel can be customized to the customer's brand design. Capacities range from 1 to 20 L, matching common retail and catering sizes. Accessories include the valve and carton, with a minimum order of 10,000 pcs.
