Custom 3 L Aseptic Metallized Bag-in-Box Drinking Water Pouch — Butterfly / Tap Valve

Built around a 3 L drinking-water format, this bag-in-box can replace bottled water and works for outdoor hydration and emergency reserves. It accepts a butterfly valve or a tap valve: lay the pouch flat for gravity dispensing, or put it in a matching carton for upright placement. After emptying, the flexible pouch collapses, so empty-pouch recovery and transport costs are lower than rigid containers.

The barrier structure can use a metallized or pure aluminium laminate. The metal layer blocks light and oxygen, helping water avoid odour pickup during storage. The liquid-contact side is a heat-seal layer; perimeter seals and the valve-seat weld together determine whether the pouch leaks. The outer carton provides support so the filled pouch can stand steadily.

Capacities cover 1-20 L, with 3 L at the smaller, single-serving end. Printing is available in 1-8 colours for brand marks and usage instructions. Accessories include the valve and carton; the valve can be chosen as a butterfly or tap version according to how water is drawn. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and both dimensions and artwork can be customized.

The same valve-equipped flexible format is not limited to drinking water; it also packages spring water, juice drinks, sauces and milk. BIB bags, valve bags and liquid pouches are all names for this type of valved flexible packaging.
