Custom 20 L Foil Bag-in-Box with Butterfly Valve | Aseptic BIB for Red Wine & Edible Oil

This bag-in-box centres on a 20-litre format with a butterfly valve at the spout, serving red wine and edible oil filling and able to be produced to aseptic requirements. Its capacity range reaches 1–200 L, printing covers 1–8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The bag is built from transparent, metallized and pure aluminium materials. Pure aluminium supplies the stronger barrier, the metallized layer assists light blocking, and the transparent section allows the liquid level to be viewed. It is used together with a cardboard outer carton; after filling the pack is sealed, and pouring is regulated by the valve. The connection between spout and valve is shaped during bag making, creating a flat sealing surface that helps resist leakage at the outlet.

Printing can run 1–8 colours and carry brand, capacity and batch information. Optional accessories include a butterfly valve, oil valve, tap valve, pointed spout and carton. With a 10,000 pc MOQ, the format suits bulk portioning of oils and wines; because the two fill in similar ways, a single bag style can cover both.

Red wine and edible oil are the common contents, while the pouch is also suitable for seasoning liquids such as soy sauce and vinegar. Seasoning liquids demand less light blocking than wine, so the material choice can be adjusted accordingly.
