This 20 L bag-in-box is built to order by a source factory and made for bulk filling of liquid egg, thick sauces, cooking oil and comparable liquids. Once a valve is attached, the pouch can be connected to a dispensing line. The inner bag and outer carton ship as separate components, which simplifies transport and collection.

The pouch body is a laminate that combines metallized film, pure aluminium and transparent material. The metallized layer reduces the impact of light on the contents, while the aluminium layer improves the barrier against moisture and oxygen. A clear section allows the fill level to be checked. After forming, the bag remains flexible, and its folded edges are designed to resist whitening and cracking.
