Custom 10 L Clear Foil Bag-in-Box for Cooking Oil, Beverages & Coatings

For filling and moving liquids such as cooking oil, drinks and coatings, this 10 L clear aluminium pouch reinforces the seal edges and valve mounting area to help reduce leakage during transport. Once placed in its outer carton, the filled bag can stand upright.

The pouch is built from a laminate of pure aluminium, metallized film and transparent film. Aluminium acts as a barrier against light, moisture and oxygen, while the clear section lets users check the remaining volume. This structure stays flexible even when full, so stacking pressure is absorbed by the bag body and fold corners are less likely to crack.

Printing can run in 1–8 colours to customer artwork. Capacities range from 1–200 L, with 10 L as one available size; bag length and fitment diameter can be selected to suit the filling equipment. Fitment choices include butterfly, oil, tap and pointed-spout valves, plus the carton. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
