Custom 1–200 L Metallized and Pure Aluminium Bag-in-Box with Dual Spouts and Butterfly Valve for Urea, Wine and Yoghurt

Automotive urea, yoghurt and wine each place different demands on fold resistance and seal integrity. This bag-in-box pouch can be configured with dual spouts and a butterfly valve, helping balance filling speed with easy dispensing. Combined with an outer carton, filled packs stack and ship more reliably.

The pouch structure combines metallized film, pure aluminium and transparent layers. The aluminium layer acts as a barrier against light, oxygen and moisture, while the transparent layer lets users check how much liquid remains. The bag is flexible, sits snugly inside its carton and is less likely to split at folded corners during long-distance transport.

Printing is available in 1–8 colours to customer artwork. Capacities range from 1 L to 200 L, including the larger formats. Fittings can include oil valves, pointed-spout valves, aseptic valves, tap valves and butterfly valves, together with the paper carton. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
