Custom 1–200 L Metallized & Pure Aluminium Bag-in-Box with Valve for Milk and Beverage Liquids

Kody Packaging builds this custom bag-in-box in capacities from 1 L to 200 L. The bag can be constructed with metallized, pure aluminium and transparent layers, and it dispenses through a valve. It is aimed at milk and beverage liquids, offers 1–8 colour printing, and starts at a 10,000 pcs minimum order.

One bag format covers a broad capacity range, so small packs fit store trials while larger packs work for catering and industrial portioning. The pure aluminium layer is there to strengthen barrier performance; the metallized layer helps with light blocking while keeping cost in check; the transparent layer makes the fill level easier to see. The bag is used together with an outer carton, and once filled it rests against the carton wall, so the outer layer takes part of the load during handling.

Artwork can be printed in 1–8 colours and adapted to each capacity tier. Available accessories include a tap valve, butterfly valve, oil valve, pointed spout and carton, selected according to how the liquid is dispensed. With a 10,000 pcs MOQ, small and large sizes may share a single print layout, cutting down on repeated design investment.

Milk and dairy drinks are the main contents, and the format also handles portioning for juice, drinking water and edible oil. Because dairy drinks contain milk solids, the bag must maintain a dependable seal throughout storage.

This product is supplied by Kody Packaging from Dongguan, Guangdong. Sampling can begin after the capacity tier and valve type are confirmed. Quotations are calculated separately for each specification and are settled against the sample; bulk production follows sample approval, and repeat orders continue with the original bag parameters.
