This BIB pouch is made by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Its spout is fitted with a butterfly valve, while the bag body can be produced in metallized, pure aluminium or transparent material. Buyers may request capacities from 1 to 200 L, and the format is aimed at liquid egg, red wine and other liquids. Branding can be printed in 1–8 colours, and production starts at 10,000 pcs.

Because liquid egg contains protein, its viscosity is not the same as that of clear wine. To handle this, the pouch is offered in three material directions: metallized, pure aluminium or transparent, so light blocking and barrier performance can be matched to the fill. The butterfly valve closes after filling; during dispensing, the bag folds down as the liquid level falls, which lowers the amount of air contacting the liquid surface.

The capacity is flexible rather than locked to a single size. Customers can set the requirement around their filling line, and the bag dimensions and valve placement are agreed together. Printing supports 1–8 colours for brand and item details. A 10,000 pcs MOQ allows one bag format to serve multiple capacity tiers, so fewer material SKUs need to be stocked.

Bulk liquid egg packaging is the main use. Red wine, juice and seasoning liquids are also suitable. After filling, protein-containing products normally need temperature control, and the pouch material is expected to hold up under those conditions.
