Custom 1–200 L Bag-in-Box for Disinfectant & Liquid Beverages — Light-Blocking, Pressure-Resistant BIB Bags

For liquid packaging in the 1–200 L range, this bag-in-box serves disinfectant and liquid beverage applications, with pressure resistance, light blocking and valve-based dispensing. Printing can run 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

The bag structure combines aluminium foil, pure aluminium and transparent film. Aluminium foil and pure aluminium provide barrier and light-blocking performance, while the transparent section acts as an inspection window. During cartoning and transport, external compression is met by intact sealed edges, helping prevent content seepage. As the flexible bag moves with the carton, impact from an accidental drop is distributed across the bag wall.

Colour options for printing range from 1 to 8, with artwork made from the customer's supplied design. Accessories are valve-only: butterfly valve, pointed spout, tap valve and oil valve. No carton is included, making this a good fit for buyers who already have outer packaging. The 10,000 pcs minimum allows customers to purchase bags alone for use with their own cartons.

Typical uses include cleaning liquids such as disinfectant, as well as portioning drinks, juice and drinking water. If cleaning liquids and food liquids are filled on the same line, separate production batches are recommended.
