This 1–200 L aseptic bag-in-box is built for fruit juice, sauce and other liquid contents. It combines metallized, pure aluminum and transparent materials, with a butterfly valve handling dispensing. Printing can run from 1 to 8 colors, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.

Viscosity varies widely from one liquid to another, so the material structure can be tailored. Metallized film provides light protection while keeping cost in check; pure aluminum film strengthens barrier performance; transparent film allows the fill level to be checked. The valve bore at the spout can be selected according to the product. During dispensing, the bag collapses progressively, which helps limit leftover product. Because the inner layer is in direct contact with the contents, material choice balances seal integrity with resistance to the filled product.

The bag surface supports 1–8 color printing for brand details, ingredient lists and usage instructions. Accessory options include a butterfly valve, pointed spout, oil valve, tap valve and carton.
