Custom 1–20 L Transparent Valve Bag-in-Box for Lemonade, Fruit Concentrate & Milk Tea Ingredients

For milk tea shops and drink counters that replenish ingredients throughout the day, this clear bag-in-box is designed for lemon water, fruit-flavoured concentrate, lemon juice cordial and similar syrups. Once a valve is fitted, the pouch can connect to a countertop dispenser; when empty, it is swapped out, avoiding the repeated lid opening of rigid containers. Flattened empties are also easier to store and dispose of.

The pouch can be made from a transparent laminate, or switched to metallized or pure aluminium structures as needed. Clear film helps staff see the remaining liquid quickly, while foil-based structures add stronger barrier when a longer shelf life is required. Because the inner heat-seal layer is in direct contact with the liquid, the quality of the valve-seat weld and edge seals is what determines whether dripping occurs during use.

Available volumes are 1–20 L, with small and medium formats most often chosen by stores. Printing supports 1–8 colours for brand and ingredient information. Included accessories are the valve and the carton; the carton helps the flexible pouch stay square and upright on a shelf.
