Custom 1–20 L Butterfly Valve Bag-in-Box | Metallized, Aluminium & Transparent Liquid Pouches for Wine, Juice and Disinfectant

In this bag-in-box, a butterfly valve acts as the dispensing mechanism. The rotary knob changes the opening degree, so the pour rate can be adjusted as needed. Red wine and juice drinks, which are often served in portions, fit this valve-equipped pouch; disinfectant solution and other non-beverage liquids can also use the same pouch format with a different fill.

The pouch body relies on metallized film or pure aluminium foil for barrier performance, laminated with a polyethylene heat-seal inner layer. The aluminium layer blocks light and helps slow oxidation, while the inner layer provides strong seals and withstands prolonged contact with the liquid. Where the butterfly valve seat meets the pouch is the key weld point for product reliability.

Custom volumes are available from 1–20 L, and printing can be done in 1–8 colours. Accessories such as the valve and carton can be configured as needed, and the valve model can be chosen around how the contents are dispensed. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with pouch dimensions, valve position and artwork all adjustable to customer requirements.
