Custom 1–20 L Bag-in-Box for Wine & Juice — Metallized, Aluminium or Clear Pouch in a Flat-Pack Printed Carton

Two parts make up this pack: a printed carton that folds flat, and a food-grade flexible pouch held inside it. In the unfilled state the carton can be stacked in its collapsed form and is only erected once filling is done, so less space is tied up in storage and freight. Pouch material selection starts from food-contact requirements and targets red wine and juice drinks — liquids that readily pick up odours or take on oxygen.

Three substrate routes are available: metallized film, pure aluminium foil and transparent film. A metallized structure sits in the middle ground between light blocking and cost, pure foil delivers the fuller barrier, and clear film keeps the contents visible for inspection. Every option is laminated to a polyethylene inner layer: the PE side carries the heat seal and contacts the liquid, while the outer layer holds the printed graphics.

Fill volumes run from 1 to 20 L, print work can cover 1 to 8 colours, and the carton surface can be finished in different ways to match the artwork. The valve and the carton make up the accessory set, with the carton blank dimensioned alongside the pouch volume. Minimum order quantity stands at 10,000 pcs.

Outside red wine and juice drinks, the same build is used to portion sauces, milk and coffee concentrate. Bag-in-box, red wine pouch, liquid pouch and juice pouch are simply different names for one product family.

Production sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, where Kody Packaging controls each stage separately, from film lamination all the way to carton forming. Customers may send a reference sample or an artwork file, and a trial run is arranged for confirmation.
