Juice, liquid egg and similar flowable products can be filled into this butterfly-valve bag-in-box, with capacity adjustable from 1–20 L to suit the customer. Once seated in its outer carton, the pouch stands upright and dispenses smoothly through the valve, making it convenient for foodservice use.
The pouch body is laminated from metallized film and pure aluminium. The aluminium layer provides light, oxygen and moisture protection so contents remain sealed before and after opening. The pouch stays flexible, resists brittle cracking at folded corners, and fits securely inside the carton.
Printing is available in 1–8 colours from customer artwork. Capacity spans 1–20 L, and bag length and valve diameter can be selected to match filling equipment. Accessories include the valve and carton. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
