Bag-in-Box Pouch With Metallized Butterfly Valve, 1L–10L

Bag-in-box is a flexible pouch housed inside a rigid outer carton. The pouch body is formed with three-side or four-side seals, giving flat, strong heat-seal edges that withstand filling pressure and the rigours of long-haul transport. The outlet is fitted with a metallized butterfly valve, available with standard threaded connectors or matched to your own filling equipment. The valve turns smoothly and reseals reliably, allowing controlled dispensing, accurate dosing and clean handling for importers who ship in full container loads.

Pouch structures are built from food-grade laminates combining PE, PET, NY and metallized film, with barrier and inner layers selected according to the liquid being packed — for oxygen barrier, flex-crack resistance and puncture strength. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, so brand artwork, colour blocks and variable information reproduce cleanly. Standard volumes cover 1L, 3L, 5L and 10L; matching roll film is also available, produced alongside the pouches for customers running their own automatic filling lines.

Typical applications include coffee concentrate, fruit juice, wine, drinking water, syrups and liquid condiments, serving foodservice distributors, retail channels and brand owners.
