Kangdi Packaging Bag-in-Box systems are built for export filling projects, combining a flexible laminated pouch with an outer carton or plastic drum. The pouch can be pillow or stand-up style, with strong four-side or centre seals, and is fitted with food-grade filling valves, butterfly valves or snap-on dispensing spouts. Aseptic connectors can be added for sensitive products. Available for 50L, 100L and 220L liquid, paste and gel formats, the structure supports road, sea and container transport, with reliable sealing for automatic filling lines and manual operations.
The pouch is built from food-grade laminate structures, optionally including aluminium foil, PET/PE, nylon or EVOH high-barrier layers to control oxygen and moisture transmission for egg liquid, tomato paste, gels and pastes. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, with matte, gloss and selective effects available. Standard volumes include 50L, 100L and 220L, and matching roll film is available for co-packing or local conversion. This material build supports export-grade protection during long sea journeys and helps maintain product integrity from filling through final use.
