Aseptic Foil Bag-in-Box 1–200 L with Pressure-Resistant, Burst-Resistant Sealed Butterfly Valve for Juice & Wine

Designed for juice, red wine and similar liquids, this aseptic foil bag-in-box spans 1–200 L. A sealed butterfly valve handles dispensing at the spout, and the packaging can be customised with a carton. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, with a 10,000-piece minimum order quantity.

The pouch is built from metallized, pure aluminium and transparent layers. Pure aluminium delivers the main barrier, the metallized layer helps block light, and the transparent layer allows inspection of the contents. After filling inside a carton, the liquid remains sealed in the flexible bag; the butterfly valve controls dispensing, and the bag contracts as the level falls. The weld point between spout and valve is fixed during bag making, giving consistent alignment when filling equipment docks.

Printing can run from 1 to 8 colours, and artwork dimensions and bag format can be tailored to customer requirements. Accessory options include a butterfly valve, pointed spout, oil valve, tap valve and carton. The 10,000-piece MOQ fits beverage orders with steady volume; customers can decide per product whether a carton is required, as the flexible bag can dispense on its own.

Applications include fruit juice drinks, red wine and wine, as well as liquid foods and seasoning liquids that require aseptic conditions. Once filled, the pouch takes on a three-dimensional shape, stacks steadily in cartons, and resists deformation on long-distance journeys.
