Aseptic Butterfly Valve Bag-in-Box Liquid Pouch | 1–200 L BIB for Yogurt Drinks & Automatic Filling

This aseptic butterfly-valve bag-in-box liquid pouch is built for yogurt and yogurt drinks that run on automatic filling lines. It is available in 1–200 L capacities, with 1–8 colour printing and a 10,000 pcs minimum order.

The pouch wall can combine metallized, pure aluminium and transparent layers. The pure aluminium layer delivers the stronger barrier, the metallized layer adds light blocking, and the transparent section lets operators verify fill volume. At the spout, the butterfly valve mates with filling equipment to create a closed pack after sealing. As product is dispensed, the bag collapses and limits contact between contents and air. Spout geometry is matched to the filler interface during sampling, so little machine adjustment is needed once the pouch is on the line.

Printing covers 1–8 colours for brand identification and flavour differentiation. Available fittings include a butterfly valve, an oil valve, a pointed spout, a tap valve and a carton, selected to suit the filling line and dispensing method. With a 10,000 pcs MOQ, multiple flavours can use separate artwork on the same bag format, which helps reduce plate-making cost.

Yogurt and yogurt drinks are the primary contents. The pouch can also pack milk, juice and other liquid dairy or beverage products. Yogurt-type contents are temperature-sensitive, so filled packs should enter the cold chain as soon as possible.
