For brands moving liquid in larger volumes, this Bag-in-Box format pairs a flexible inner pouch with an outer carton or plastic bin, helping cut shipping cube and warehouse space. The pouch can be constructed with gussets for a three-dimensional shape, and its four-side seals are flat and robust to minimise corner leakage. Dispensing choices include standard spouts, spouted caps, or press-style valves. After filling, the bag is placed directly into the box or bin; it continues to seal reliably after opening, so repeated dispensing is straightforward.

Metallized laminated film, aluminium foil laminate, or PE/PA composite can be selected for the pouch body. Barrier performance is tuned to the filling, balancing light blocking, moisture protection, and puncture resistance. Outer artwork is produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, delivering fine image detail and repeatable colour, with efficient changeovers between versions. Available capacities span 100ml to 20L, and bag dimensions can be customised around your actual fill volume. Matching roll film of the same structure is available for customers who fill on their own lines.

Common uses cover coffee concentrate, tea base, sea buckthorn enzyme, mulberry juice, fruit juice, and sauces.
