10 L / 10 kg Aseptic Juice Bag-in-Box | 1–20 L Bulk Liquid BIB with Press-Seal Spout

Packaged as a 10 kg / 10 L bulk format for juice, this bag-in-box system pairs an aseptic inner pouch with a rigid outer carton. A press seal closes the spout, so the pouch holds up against stacking loads and the vibration of transport without rupturing or weeping — a fit for central distribution and for outlets that dispense the contents over several servings.

The pouch wall combines metallized film with pure aluminium. That aluminium layer takes on the jobs of blocking light, oxygen and moisture, and it is built to run alongside aseptic filling. Because the bag is flexible, it sheds stress by deforming under pressure; the carton carries the bulk of the stacking load while the pouch stays seated against it. A transparent strip on the carton face lets staff read the fill level with the box still closed.

Artwork supplied by the customer is printed in anywhere from 1 to 8 colours. Fill volumes run 1–20 L, and 10 L is one of the steps available. The valve and the carton are the required accessories. Orders start at 10,000 pcs.
