This three-side-seal stand-up zipper pouch pairs a top resealable zipper with a standing base. It stays upright and can be reopened and closed, so nuts, dried fruit and snacks can be portioned and kept fresh after each use.
Its main difference from a standard three-side-seal pouch is the interlocking zipper along the mouth: press the two tracks together and the bag is sealed, with no separate clip required. The stand-up bottom keeps the pack upright on a shelf with the display panel facing outward. The pouch body uses laminated material plus PE; the PE layer serves as the heat-seal layer, supporting zipper welding and seal-edge strength. For higher barrier requirements, lamination can follow the foil-pouch direction noted by the product name.
Capacity is customized to order. Printing is available in 1-8 colors, with artwork either supplied by the customer or designed on request. The product includes no additional accessories, and the MOQ is 10,000 pieces.
Main applications are food packaging: nut and dried-fruit pouches, snack bags, confectionery outer packaging, grain pouches, flour and sugar bags, and outer structures for vacuum freshness bags.
Manufactured by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Production runs in sequence: printing, lamination, slitting, pouch making and zipper welding. Samples can be confirmed from customer artwork before bulk production.
