Custom Printed Matte Stand-Up Zipper Pouches for 500g Nuts and Dried Dates

This matte-finish stand-up zipper pouch uses a bottom-gusset construction so the bag stands upright on shelf, with a press-to-close zipper at the top for repeated opening and closing. A tear notch makes the first opening easy, and optional hang holes, degassing valves or one-way valves can be added for different filling methods and retail display needs. Each pouch is heat-sealed from laminated roll film, giving clean and consistent seals that run smoothly on automatic and semi-automatic packing lines, and the format suits retail portions of walnuts, dried jujube and similar snacks.

The pouch body is typically built from food-grade PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminates, selected according to oil content, light sensitivity and shelf-life targets; the matte outer layer gives a soft, premium touch that helps the pack stand out on shelf. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing with stable registration, and matte plus spot-gloss combinations are available. Standard capacity runs from 100g to 1kg, while pouch dimensions, zipper placement and gusset width can be adjusted to your drawing; matching roll film in the same artwork can be supplied alongside the finished bags.
