This small-format food pouch is designed for snacks, sweets and confectionery. Both side edges and the bottom are heat-sealed, while the top carries a self-seal zipper. The front panel stays free for full-width cartoon artwork. It works well as an individual pack for candy, puffed snacks, broken biscuits and preserved fruit, and for repacking loose snacks sold by weight in stores.
The pouch uses PE laminated material. The laminate layers provide stiffness and barrier protection, and the inner heat-seal layer creates strong seals along the edges. The zipper track at the top can be opened and closed many times; pressing it shut after use helps limit moisture pickup. No valve or spout is included, so the structure remains simple and relies mainly on edge seals and the zipper, while bag dimensions are easier to adapt.
Capacity is not a fixed specification. It is customized to your product, with length and width set according to fill weight and display method. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, pouch dimensions and zipper position can be adjusted to your drawing; details such as a hanging hole or tear notch can also be confirmed together.
Typical applications are in food and snack packaging: nuts and dried fruit, candy outer wrapping, grains, and portioned flour or sugar. The pouch also suits bone-strip formats for shelf hanging.
