This is a made-to-order laminated self-seal stand-up zipper pouch, built with a three-side seal plus stand-up base and a zipper at the opening. It can be printed with your logo and artwork. It is designed for food flexible packaging that must work both on shelf and after opening, making it common for snacks, dried goods and grains.
The pouch body uses a laminated material. Multiple bonded layers provide stiffness and barrier performance, while the stand-up base lets the filled pouch sit upright without support. The zipper and three sealed edges together form the closure, keeping the pack sealed between uses while allowing consumers to take portions easily. Layer sequence can be adjusted to the contents; for light-sensitive products, a light-blocking material can be added in the middle layer.
Capacity is not fixed to one size and is customised to order, with dimensions determined by the contents and display needs. Printing is available in 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. This item includes no valve, spout or similar accessory; sealing is completed by the sealed edges and the zipper.
Main applications are in food and snack packaging, covering nuts and dried fruit, candy outer wrapping, grains, and portioned flour or sugar. It can also be supplied as a vacuum-preservation flexible pack. Details such as a hanging hole, rounded corners or a tear notch can be confirmed together with the artwork.
Kody Packaging produces this item in Dongguan, Guangdong. Laminating, printing and bag-making are all completed at the same factory site. Customers can send artwork or a reference pouch for sampling, so the print layout and pouch style are confirmed before production.
