Built for 1–5 kg food portions, this self-seal zipper stand-up pouch combines shelf-ready stability with resealable access. It can be printed with your logo and artwork, made in a three-side-seal option, and supplied without a spout.
The pouch uses a PE laminate. Multiple bonded layers provide stiffness, barrier performance and heat-seal strength, while the gusseted base keeps the filled bag upright. The zipper supports repeated opening and closing, and the structure can work with vacuuming. Top and bottom seal widths are set according to fill weight to reduce seam splitting in heavy packs.
Fill weights can be specified from 1 kg to 5 kg, printing covers 1–8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. You can choose the exact weight and pouch dimensions within this range; one bag format may support several weight specifications. No valve or spout accessory is included.
Typical applications include snacks, nuts and dried fruit, candy outer packaging, grains, and portioned flour or sugar. It is also available as a three-side-seal vacuum-preservation flexible pack, making the specification suitable for both retail shelves and e-commerce orders.
Kody Packaging manufactures these pouches in Dongguan, Guangdong. Printing and bag-making are handled at the same factory. Samples can be produced from your artwork or a reference bag so you can check capacity, zipper function and seals, as well as the zipper closing feel and the pack's appearance after vacuuming.
