Built for snack brands, this stand-up zipper pouch can be ordered as a three-side-seal or eight-side-seal bag, with a matte surface or a foil-style finish. It combines the lightweight nature of flexible packaging with the shelf presence of a stand-up pouch, making it suitable for snacks, nuts and instant powder products.
The pouch body uses a PE laminated material. A heat-seal layer creates firm seals, while the laminated layers add stiffness and barrier performance. The outside can be matte or foil-look, and 1–8 colour printing helps the graphics stand out on shelf. With a stand-up base and a top zipper, the bag stays upright and can be reopened; once filled, it keeps a steadier centre of gravity.
The capacity is 3KG, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Choose three-side-seal or eight-side-seal construction based on the pack format. Zipper placement, bottom gusset depth and artwork can all be customized to your drawing.
Typical uses include snack foods, nuts and dried fruit, candy outer packaging and grains. It also works for portioning instant powders, flour and sugar where both display and preservation matter. For products that need flavour or series differentiation, the same pouch format can be kept while only the main colour and graphics are changed.
Kody Packaging produces these pouches in Dongguan, Guangdong. Printing, lamination and bag-making are linked within one plant. Samples can be made from your reference bag to check the matte touch, colour and seal width.
