Custom Printed Vacuum Pouches for 1–5 kg Rice and Grain Bricks

These food-grade vacuum pouches are built around the way rice and grain actually pack. Standard formats include three-side-seal flat pouches, rice-brick styles and stand-up vacuum bags with a die-cut handle, and the mouth can be fitted with a zipper or a one-way degassing valve. Wide, reinforced heat seals and a thicker bottom gusset keep the pouch airtight after evacuation, so the finished brick holds crisp edges, stacks neatly in export cartons and displays well on shelf.

The usual laminate is PET/NY/PE or PET/foil/NY/PE, a multilayer build that balances oxygen barrier, moisture resistance and puncture strength for vacuum, chilled and frozen distribution. Surfaces take 1-8 colour gravure printing, from full-bleed solids and gradients to fine type and regulatory text. Common sizes run from 1 kg to 5 kg rice-brick formats; bag width, length and gauge can be adjusted to your line, and matching roll film in the same artwork is available for automatic form-fill-seal packing.
