Custom-Printed Food-Grade Vacuum Pouches for Seafood, Nuts and Snacks

Kangdi Packaging manufactures vacuum pouches for overseas importers and brand owners, built as three-side-seal or four-side-seal formats with a dedicated vacuum sealing edge and a high-strength hot-seal layer. Depending on the filling line, we can add degassing valves, zippers or spouts, so the pouch suits deaeration, moisture protection and extended shelf life. Pouch style, dimensions and opening direction are customised against your samples or drawings, helping the finished bag run smoothly on existing vacuum chamber machines and downstream packing equipment.

Pouch bodies are built from food-grade laminates such as PA/PE, PA/AL/PE or PET/PE, with barrier layers and thickness selected around the contents to balance toughness, puncture resistance and a flat profile after vacuum extraction. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, covering full-surface coverage, matte or gloss finishes and tight multi-colour registration, so artwork stays crisp at small type and fine detail. Standard pouch widths sit around 100-600 mm with custom lengths and gussets, and matching roll film is available for automatic lines.
