Engineered for high-barrier liquid packaging, this pouch uses a stand-up BIB format. Its four-side seals are flat and secure, while rounded corners help prevent punctures during shipping. For dispensing, choose a touch valve or spout: a light press releases liquid and the closure reseals when pressure is removed, reducing air ingress. Screw-cap and standard spout options are also available for filling lines and end users. The pouch can serve as an inner liner or as a stand-alone pack for hydrogen-rich water, hydrogen water and other oxidation-prone liquids.
The core material is an aluminum foil laminate. PET, NY and PE layers can be added as needed to create a multilayer structure that blocks light, oxygen and moisture. Gravure printing runs in 1–8 colors, delivering crisp detail and stable color across full-bleed areas and small text. Capacities span 100ml to 20L, with formats covering flat pouches, stand-up pouches, spouted pouches and bag-in-box (BIB). Spout diameter and bag dimensions can be matched to your filling equipment.
