Aluminium Foil Spout Pouches for 1L–5L Amino Acid Liquid Fertiliser

This light-blocking foil spout pouch is developed for the liquid fertiliser export market. The format is a stand-up pouch with a folded bottom gusset, a welded spout, and heat-sealed top and side seams for a flat, secure finish. Spouts can be supplied with screw caps or flip-top caps, and a one-way venting option is available to relieve internal gassing and reduce pouch bulging during storage and container transport.

The laminate is typically PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE: the aluminium layer blocks light and moisture, while the inner PE layer delivers seal strength and resistance to aggressive contents, and the build can be adjusted to suit acidic or alkaline formulas. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, matched to your artwork and colour references, with matt, gloss or spot-varnish finishes. Standard volumes run from 1000ml to 5L, and pouch width, height and film thickness can be tailored to your fill weight and spout diameter.

Typical applications include amino acid water-soluble fertilisers, mineral-source humic acid liquids, seaweed extracts and microbial agents, as well as liquid food and personal-care concentrates.
