Spouted Foil Pouch for Calf Colostrum and Liquid Feed 2.5 L

This foil stand-up pouch is built around a weld-sealed spout and flexible delivery tube, with a screw cap and a top handle cut-out so it can be hung and poured on the farm. The base is gusseted for a stable stand on the filling line, and the perimeter seals are wide enough to carry 2.5 L to 4 kg of liquid without weeping. The tube-and-cap assembly can be specified in different bore sizes, and the pouch runs on standard automatic filling and capping equipment. Each export carton is packed to survive sea freight and palletised container loading.

The laminate is typically PET / aluminium foil / BOPA / PE, with the foil core giving high barrier and light protection and the inner layer a food-grade heat-seal film; metallised structures are available where a lighter barrier is enough. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, with matt or gloss varnish and registered clear windows if required. Standard formats cover 2.5 L and 4 kg, and bag width, height, gusset and spout bore can all be adjusted to your drawing or physical sample.
