This foil and metallised pouch is built as a single-use flexible pack available in three-side-seal flat, back-seal and shaped formats, with optional spouts or one-way valves. Seals are flat and consistent for reliable filling, and the top edge can be finished with a tear notch or perforated line. It is positioned for small-format packaging of ECG electrodes, non-invasive brain sensors and gas sampling devices, where barrier performance and cleanliness matter. For export orders, pouch format, opening direction and sealing width are adjusted to match each customer's filling equipment and handling method.

Pouch bodies are typically built from PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/NY/PE multilayer laminates. The aluminium foil layer delivers strong barrier against moisture, oxygen and light, while metallised film balances opacity with cost efficiency, and gauge is selected to suit the contents. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, with matt, gloss or spot-varnish finishes available. Standard formats such as 10x38cm are produced alongside fully custom widths and lengths, and matching roll film can be supplied in the same artwork for automatic form-fill-seal lines.
