Custom Printed Foil Pouch for 1kg Hair Dye & Cosmetic Emulsion

This foil-laminate pouch is positioned as a high-barrier, leak-resistant packaging solution for 1kg cosmetic emulsions, hair dye creams and paste products sold at retail or as travel sizes. Available formats include stand-up pouches, three-side seal, four-side seal and centre-seal bags, with optional spouts, valves, tear notches or zippers. Wide heat-seal edges and reinforced seal geometry help reduce leakage and contamination during long-haul transport. We adjust pouch shape, opening style and spout position to match importers' filling lines, and hold production slots for full-container export programmes.

The laminate is built with a PET, BOPP or MOPP outer layer, an aluminium foil or metallised VMPET barrier core and a food-grade PE or CPP heat-seal inner layer, giving oxygen, light and moisture resistance for cream and emulsion fills. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses with full-coverage, matt, gloss and spot-varnish finishes. Typical bag widths span 80mm to 260mm with fills from 100g to 2kg, and both dimensions and film thickness are tuned to the product weight. Matching roll film is available.

These pouches serve cosmetics, hair colouring, personal care, pet care and food sauce brands, handling emulsions, creams, gels and powders. Our OEM/ODM process covers brief review, structure design, sampling and bulk production, and we accept artwork from samples or drawings, adjusting print and pouch format together.
