Among the most widely used flexible-pack formats, the back-seal pouch starts as film formed into a tube with a rear fin seal, then receives top and bottom heat seals to become a flat pillow-style sachet. It takes up minimal volume, supports fast multi-lane filling and consumes less film, making it a practical choice for large runs of powders, granules, tea and small-volume liquid samples. The pouch body can be built from clear laminated, metallised or pure foil structures: when light and oxygen protection is required, foil or metallised options help extend shelf life; when the contents need to be visible, a clear laminate is the suitable route. Printing in colour is available to your artwork, and because the seal sits on the back, the front face remains fully available for branding. Pouch dimensions, film thickness, seal width and tear notch can all be customised to suit vertical automatic filling and sealing equipment.
