This export-focused detergent pouch is designed for hand soap, liquid detergent and cleaning refills, especially for soap dispenser boxes and refill systems. The pouch can be produced in transparent laminate structures with strong heat-sealed edges for reliable containment. Depending on the filling line and dispenser design, it can be fitted with a silicone delivery tube, valve or spout to suit controlled pouring and dosing. The pouch is built from food-grade laminate films such as PET/PE or PET/NY/PE, selected for corrosion resistance, barrier performance and drop strength. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, allowing brand owners to reproduce logos, instructions and promotional graphics with consistent colour. Standard capacities range from 600ml to 800g, with pouch shape, dimensions, spout position and seal width adjustable to suit dispenser designs, filling lines and export market requirements. Matching roll film is available in the same material and print layout for automated packing lines.
