Custom Printed Spout Pouches for 500g Antibacterial Laundry Detergent Refill

Detergent pouches are stand-up spouted packs built from three-side or four-side sealed film with a bottom gusset, so the filled bag stands upright on shelf. A slanted spout with a screw cap or press-type valve is fitted at the top corner, giving a steady pour of laundry liquid, detergent or serum without run-off. Hanging holes, handles and imitation spout profiles can be added, letting importers cover both 500g retail sizes and 330ml trial sizes from a single pouch format.

For liquid detergent fills we normally build the laminate from food-grade structures such as PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE, with an inner sealing layer for leak resistance and an outer layer that carries the print and a matte or frosted finish. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, reproducing gradients, solid blocks and fine text. Fill volumes are adjustable from 100ml to 2L, and matching roll film is supplied so importers can run filling and sealing on the same line.

These spouted pouches are widely used for laundry detergent, fabric softener, disinfectant, hand wash and serum, and can be developed from your samples or drawings with custom bag shape, spout and artwork.
