Custom 800ml Clear Detergent Spout Pouch for Hand Soap Refill

Our detergent pouches are built as stand-up or spouted flexible packs, formed with three-side or four-side seals that stay flat and strong through filling, palletising and container transport. The pouch mouth can be fitted with a pump head, spout or screw-cap valve, giving controlled dispensing and a reliable re-closable seal. This construction suits hand soap, alcohol gel and similar free-flowing liquids, and the pack format can be adapted to your filling line and shelf presentation.

The laminate is typically built from food-grade PE with PET or NY substrates, the inner layer acting as the heat-seal layer while the barrier layer is adjusted to the contents for resistance to leakage and chemical attack. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, producing stable, sharp graphics with optional matt, gloss or spot effects. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and we can match pouch shape, spout diameter and film thickness to your pump and filling specification. Matching roll film is available for the same job.

These pouches are widely used for hand soap, sanitiser gel, laundry liquid, shower gel and other household cleaning liquids, as well as cosmetics and industrial cleaners. Send us a sample or drawing and our team will handle artwork, plate making, sampling and bulk production, with matching roll film if needed. We support full container-load shipments and prepare the export paperwork, shipping marks and carton labels your importer requires. Our plant in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a 10,000-class cleanroom, MOQ starts at 10,000 pcs, and lead time is confirmed on order.
