The pouch uses a stand-up structure with a gusseted bottom, so it stays upright on the shelf once filled. A screw-cap spout at the top delivers smooth pouring and allows repeated opening and closing. Beyond the standard spout, buyers can choose a one-way valve, a zipper, or an added handle to support pouring and portioned use in 2kg family-size soap liquids.
The body is laminated from PET, PE, AL and NY films, and the inner layer is a food-grade material offering strong barrier properties and puncture resistance for long-term liquid storage. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, producing clear image layers and saturated colour, with matt, gloss and spot-varnish finishes also available. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, while pouch style, spout diameter and dimensions can be adjusted around filling equipment and shelf display requirements.
