Built for small-format liquid daily-care packaging, this frosted spouted pouch uses a four-side sealed body with a bottom gusset, so it stands steadily and presents a flat front panel on shelf. The top-mounted plastic spout is offered with either a standard screw cap or a flip-top cap, supporting smooth dispensing and repeated opening and closing. Its frosted outer layer has a fine tactile finish that helps mask fingerprints and light scuffs, making it suitable for filling baby bath liquids, laundry detergent and comparable medium-viscosity formulas.

Typical pouch construction uses PET, PE or aluminium foil laminates, with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer; barrier performance and material thickness can be tailored to the contents. The spout is securely welded to the pouch body for dependable sealing. Decoration is carried out by 1–8 colour gravure printing, delivering crisp image layering and consistent colour, while the frosted surface can combine local matt and gloss effects. Available volumes range from 500ml to 2L, with 1000ml spouted pouches and 2L stand-up pouches among the most common formats.

This pouch style is widely used for portioning and export sales of baby care liquids, laundry cleaning products, hand wash, fabric softener and other daily chemical liquids. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for automatic filling lines. Custom work accepts samples or artwork, moving from design confirmation and proofing to bulk production.
