White calf colostrum pouches are designed to be found quickly in a chiller. The white face is easier to distinguish than clear or metallic film, and it gives staff a clean area for writing batch details. A 20 mm spout provides a moderate bore, so colostrum flows in a steady stream during feeding. This makes the pouch a practical choice for low-temperature storage and on-demand feeding of calf colostrum.

The pouch body combines either metallized film or pure aluminium foil with a heat-seal inner layer. In chilled conditions, the aluminium layer continues to block light and oxygen, which helps slow the loss of active components in colostrum. The inner layer is selected to resist embrittlement at refrigeration temperature. Because the spout-to-body weld is a pressure point, it needs a generous seal width to handle the concentrated force of squeezing during feeding.

Capacities run from 1 L to 10 L, and printing supports 1–8 colours. A white substrate works well for overprint colours while leaving extra space for handwriting. Drain tube and outer frame are available as accessories, and the tube can connect to a feeder. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; volume, spout bore and pouch style are all made to order.
