Custom Printed Colostrum Pouches with Feeding Tube for Calf Feeding

Colostrum pouches are flexible packaging built for calf colostrum dosing and liquid milk feeding. Each pouch is formed as a three-side-seal or stand-up structure with reinforced heat-sealed edges, and can be fitted with a feeding tube, spout or one-way valve. Combined with a 2 L milk line, the format supports measured feeding in calf-rearing operations, and the sealed construction holds up to stacking, transit and repeated handling by dairy farms and feed suppliers.

Pouches are laminated from food-grade flexible films, typically PET/PE, NY/PE or PET/NY/PE, with a food-contact PE inner layer that balances oxygen and moisture barrier with puncture resistance. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, reproducing buyer artwork and colour targets from run to run. Standard capacities span 2 L to 4 kg, and bag style, tube diameter and opening type can be adjusted per project. Matching roll film is available for customers running their own form-fill-seal lines.
