Colostrum Pouch with Rigid Frame and 1.2 m Silicone Feeding Tube

Developed for calf colostrum management, this pouch is built around a stand-up or frame-supported flexible body. A top filling opening allows fast dosing, while a bottom or side-welded outlet spout connects to the feeding tube for direct drench administration. Sealing is performed by four-side or three-side heat sealing for even bead width and reliable burst strength. Each pouch can be locked into a rigid plastic basket or skeleton box, keeping it upright during filling, transport and cold-room handling without collapse or leakage.

The laminate typically combines a food-grade PE inner layer with PET or NY outer plies, so the contact surface stays suitable for colostrum while the outer film adds stiffness and puncture resistance; metallised or high-barrier structures are available on request. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, reproducing brand blocks, farm logos and feeding instructions with consistent registration. Common working volumes span 1 kg, 2 kg, 4 kg and 6 kg, and pouch width, spout diameter and tube length are adjusted to match the customer's filling line and feeding method.

Typical uses include calf colostrum collection, post-pasteurisation packing, frozen storage and on-farm drench feeding, as well as dairy ingredients and pet nutrition liquids that need accurate dosing.
