Custom High-Barrier Aseptic Spout Pouch for Calf Colostrum & Milk | 1–10 L Source Factory

Built for filling and storing milk and calf colostrum, this high-barrier aseptic spout pouch integrates a barrier laminate with a welded spout. It can serve farm-level portioning as well as aseptic filling workflows. Buying directly from the source factory allows film choices and pouch construction to be matched to a farm's or dairy's filling line.

The barrier function comes from metallized or pure aluminium foil layers in the laminate, which limit oxygen, water vapour and light exposure for dairy contents. The structure also includes a heat-seal inner layer and a printed outer layer: the inner layer forms seals and is the liquid-contact surface, while the outer layer carries branding and resists handling wear. The spout-to-pouch weld area is checked for seal integrity before filling.

Available volumes run from 1 to 10 L, with printing in 1–8 colours. Optional accessories include a drain tube and an outer frame; the tube can be selected to fit the feeder bore. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, while pouch dimensions, spout placement and frame style are all open to customisation.

Milk and calf colostrum are its primary applications, and the same aseptic spout pouch also fits dairy preservation, liquid feed and nutrient solution packaging. Colostrum pouch, farm pouch, feeding pouch and milk pouch are common search names for this product family.
