Custom 4 kg Foil Spout Stand-Up Pouch for Chilled Bovine Colostrum & Calf Feeding

Built to order for dairy farms, this bovine colostrum spout pouch is commonly quoted around a 4 kg fill. Once filled, the stand-up base opens out so the pouch sits upright on a bench or inside a chiller, making it easy to park before a calf is fed rather than holding it steady with both hands.

The body combines a milky white PE inner layer with laminated material. The inner PE heat-seals to the spout seat and is the layer in direct contact with the colostrum, while the laminate provides overall strength. This layered construction separates strength, barrier and sealing duties across materials instead of asking one film to meet every requirement at once.

Capacity spans 1–20 L, printing is available in 1–8 colours, accessories include a drain tube and an outer frame, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The 4 kg fill is a reference point rather than a fixed size, so other volumes within the 1–20 L range can be discussed for your project.

Farm applications centre on calf feeding and milk holding, covering colostrum packaging, cattle-rearing pouches, calf drench bags, farm pouches, liquid spout pouches, milk bags and feeding bags. One pouch format can handle several jobs around the shed and help keep part numbers manageable.

Kody Packaging produces these pouches in Dongguan, Guangdong. They can be customised to your supplied dimensions and artwork, with sampling before mass production so the fit and print are confirmed first.

Material, colour and size all affect pricing, and the final quote is based on an approved sample. Share your intended fill volume and layout to receive a quotation.
