Positioned for livestock operations and calf-rearing programmes, the colostrum pouch is built as a stand-up or three-side-seal format with reinforced edge seals and a press-snap feeding tube on top. After filling, the tube connects directly to a teat or feeding line: pressing releases the liquid and the spring-back action stops the flow, cutting spillage and contamination in the pen. Hanging holes, clear viewing windows and printed volume graduations can be added so herdsmen can split feeds and identify batches quickly, and every run is packed to withstand long-haul export handling.

The pouch wall is a food-grade laminate combining a PE inner layer, a PET or BOPP outer layer and a barrier middle layer, with thickness and stiffness balanced against the fill and the shipping route. Outer surfaces take 1-8 colour gravure printing, so solid backgrounds, gradients, matte or gloss finishes are all achievable, and matching roll film is available for automatic filling lines. Standard volumes run from 1L to 4L, while tube diameter, snap tension and seal width follow your drawing; we also accept samples or drawings for artwork development.
