Product details
When colostrum is frozen or chilled on farm, the pouch has to resist low-temperature brittleness while also keeping light out. This 4L storage pouch is built from a pure-foil or metallised laminate: its aluminium layer remains pliable in the cold, reducing the risk of cracking after removal from the freezer, and the opaque construction helps limit immunoglobulin breakdown in colostrum. A stand-up base and spout fitment allow filled pouches to be chilled and stacked upright, then connected to a feeder once thawed. The pouch face can carry 1-8 colour gravure printing, combining farm name, batch code and milking date on one pack for easier rotation control. Fill volumes from 1-10L are available and customised to order.
